I partner with parents and organizations to inspire teenagers to maximize their current and future potential by teaching them to identify and harness their strengths, equipping them to make quality life and career decisions, and empowering them with effective communication skills to become leaders of excellence in their spheres of influence.
Remi holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering. As a leadership and personal growth coach, she is Maxwell Leadership certified team member, Coach, Trainer, Speaker, and DISC Consultant.
Coach Remi is also a DISC Certified Personality Profile Analyst. She uses the Personality and behavior assessment to develop leaders, and help her clients understand themselves, why they act the way they do, their strengths, learning style, basic needs, blind spots, how to set goals, etc. She equips her clients for success in all of their relationships. She provides them the invaluable knowledge to analyze and respond to the different ways people think, feel and act.
To better serve diverse groups, she obtained a certificate in Applied Communication skills and advocates cultural intelligence for enhanced intercultural communication. She also completed the "leadership skills for women in the workplace" course from Stanford University.
She has served in groups enriching children's and women's lives globally for over two decades. She believes we must empower parents to uncover their children's unique personalities and purposefully set in motion a rich legacy for the next generation. As a mother raising her two teenage daughters, Remi witnessed the challenges her girls and their friends faced and spent seven years sharing tools to enrich the lives of teen girls. She has coached teen girls across three continents and has recently seen a transformation using her 1-on-1 coaching program, where she partners with moms and their teenage daughters and sons.
In 2020, she started Next Generation Empowerment which partners with parents and organizations to inspire, equip and empower teenagers toward excellence in life, leadership and influence.
Remi currently lives in California with her husband of twenty-one years, Samson; they have two lovely daughters and a lovely son.
